The Challenge: The client needed a single-source solution
enabling them to centralize their supply base, enhance
brand management, reduce excess stock, decrease the
number of days to receive orders, and generate cost savings
for fulfillment services and merchandise procurement.

The Solution: Mercury used its fully integrated ERP
system to create an online marketing solution with
real-time inventory management and tracking for all
literature, merchandise and premiums. The client has
reduced fulfillment and merchandise suppliers from ten to
one. This has generated significant cost savings through
a seamless ordering process and billing model, merchandise
procurement and freight management.
